1. About Linkotter

Linkotter helps people find local businesses that need a website, generate a preview website for those businesses, and sell the finished website to the business owner. The Linkotter website and related services are referred to as the "Service" in these terms.

2. Using the Service

You may use Linkotter only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the Service, other users, business owners, or third parties. You are responsible for the information you submit and for any sales conversations you have outside Linkotter.

We may limit, suspend, or remove access if we believe the Service is being abused, used fraudulently, or used in a way that creates legal or operational risk.

3. Website previews and customer websites

Linkotter may generate website previews using public business information, images, reviews, categories, addresses, opening hours, and other available sources. A preview is not owned by the business until the business or an authorized buyer completes the purchase.

After purchase, the customer receives a hosted business website. The first year of hosting and maintenance is included in the one-time website price.

4. Pricing and payment

The standard one-time website price is €49. Annual hosting and maintenance after the first year is €8.99 per year. Extra edits after the included yearly edit cost €5 each.

Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment.

Seller commissions are calculated under the Linkotter pricing model. The standard seller commission is €40per completed sale, and payouts are available once the seller balance reaches €400, subject to fraud checks, refunds, chargebacks, and identity or payment verification.

5. Maintenance and edits

Maintenance includes hosting, reasonable uptime monitoring, basic technical maintenance, and one free content edit per year. We may refuse edits that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, technically unreasonable, or unrelated to the purchased business website.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy. That policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

7. Intellectual property

Linkotter owns the Service, software, platform design, and generated system workflows. Customers may use the purchased website for their business while their website is active and paid as required. You must not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Linkotter available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service when needed.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkotter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a paid customer is limited to the amount paid to Linkotter for the affected website during the previous 12 months.
