We also collect usage and technical information such as IP address, approximate location, browser type, device data, pages visited, server logs, and an anonymous local session identifier used to keep track of claimed websites.
For business leads and generated websites, we may process public business information such as business names, addresses, phone numbers, categories, ratings, reviews, photos, websites, and opening hours.
2. How we use data
We use data to provide and improve Linkotter, generate website previews, show nearby leads, operate user profiles, process website purchases, maintain customer websites, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Payments
Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Linkotter may receive payment status, transaction IDs, customer details, refund status, and other metadata needed to complete orders and provide support. We do not intentionally store full card numbers.
4. Service providers
We may share data with service providers that help us run Linkotter, including hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, email or support tools, analytics tools, mapping or geocoding services, image services, and AI providers used to generate website content.
