1. Website purchases
The standard website purchase is €49 and includes the generated business website plus the first year of hosting and maintenance.
If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We may deny or reduce a refund if substantial custom work has already been completed at your request, if the website has been used in a way that violates our Terms, or if the request appears fraudulent or abusive.
2. Maintenance renewals
Annual maintenance renewals are refundable when requested within 14 days of renewal, unless major maintenance or custom work has already been performed for that renewal period.
3. Extra edits
Extra edits cost €5 after the included yearly edit has been used. Extra edit fees are refundable before work starts. Once the requested edit has been completed, the edit fee is generally non-refundable unless we made a clear mistake and cannot correct it.
4. Non-refundable items
Unless required by law, we do not refund third-party costs that have already been incurred, completed custom work, abuse-related account removals, chargeback fees, or services supplied under a separate written agreement marked as non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@linkotter.com with the business name, purchase email, order reference if available, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5-10 business days to show the refund.
6. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies that apply in your country.
